ANDREA MACINANTI
Born in Bologna in 1958, he got a diploma in organ, harpsichord and voice from the Bologna and Parma Conservatories, completing his studies with Klemens Schnorr in Munich. He graduated at Bologna University. He is professor of Organ at Bologna “G.B.Martini” Conservatory. Among his recordings, we can remember the complete collections for organ By Ottorino Respighi and Goffredo Giarda for Tactus Records. Now he is recording for the same label the organ opera omnia by Marco Enrico Bossi. With Francesco Tasini, he has worked on numerous critical editions, including Fiori Musicali by Frescobaldi, the complete works for keyboard by Alessandro Scarlatti and G.B. Martini (UT ORPHEUS), an anthology in nine volumes of Italian organ music, the Complete Organ Works by Marco Enrico Bossi (with Luca Salvadori, Wijnand Van de Pol, Francesco Tasini) and a research on the analysis and interpretation of the Trois Chorals by César Franck (CARRARA). Since 1994 he is the co-director of the magazine Arte Organaria e Organistica. He is a member of the Accademia Filarmonica di Bologna and since 1998 he is the artistic director of the international concert series Organi Antichi, un patrimonio da ascoltare. In March 2005 he performed at Musashino Hall in Tokyo, in October 2006 in Grace Cathedral in San Francisco and in May 2008 he gave a series of concerts in Russia. In 2005 he was decorated with the title of Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana. In 2009 he was teacher at the University of Geneva.

HIROKO MIURA
Born in Kyoto (Japan), begins the study of piano and discovers her aptitude for chant, that it will bring her to degree in Chant, as a soprano, at Kyoto City University of Arts (1997) under the guide of Taeko Onishi (soprano), Makoto Nadai (baritone). Since 1999 she lives in Italy, where she perfected his background of opera singer under the guide of Adriana Lazzarini (mezzo). Interested in history, receipt and execution of Italian opera, she attended artistic courses at the University of Pavia. Her preference for belcanto repertoire has brought her obtaining in 2003 the title of Tecnico della trascrizione e della revisione del manoscritto italiano preromantico ai fini dell’allestimento editoriale with the transcription of the work Eco e Leandro by Ferdinando paer (1771-1839). In 2000 she was awarded with the second prize at the Competition Musicale Nazionale Isole Borromee (Verbania, Italy) in opera chant section and she won a fellowship for young musicians, announced by the Competition Internazionale Voci per Francesco Cilea (Varazze, Italy). She worked with famous experts like Anthony Newcomb and Luigi Ferdinando Tagliavini, performing music by Luzzasco Luzzaschi, Giulio Caccini and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart inside seminars at the University of Pavia. She has followed as a curator the recording of some organ compositions by Italian authors, as Germani and Matthey with Michele Bosio.
